How does Free work?
Sign up free (magic-link email, no card). You get one full Pro-quality run on every AI tool — same depth, same output, same recommendations. After that, book a coaching service (Resume Review, Mock Interview, etc.) for more depth, or join the Pro waitlist.
Why a lifetime cap on Free?
The free run is a demo of the real product, not a teaser. We can give you Pro-quality output once because the goal is for you to feel the value, not for you to use the platform indefinitely for free.
When is the Pro subscription launching?
Soon. We are finalising recurring-billing setup. In the meantime, every paid service is pay-as-you-go via DuitNow or bank transfer — no card needed. Join the waitlist for an early-bird discount when Pro launches.
What payment methods do you accept?
DuitNow and bank transfer (MYR). Card payments via Stripe coming soon. After ordering, you receive payment instructions by email + on your order page.
How do I get my service after paying?
Once we confirm your transfer (usually within 24h), a coach reaches out to schedule and deliver your service — or, for AI reports, the report is generated and emailed to you.
Do coaching sessions come with anything else?
Yes. All coaching clients get extended access to AI tools for the duration of their engagement.
Is the AI feedback actually good?
Our AI is grounded in real Malaysian salary bands (PIKOM, Robert Walters, Hays), NICE role mappings and Cybersecurity Malaysia / NACSA frameworks — not generic global advice. For high-stakes decisions, pair AI with human coaching.
Do you offer student or group discounts?
Yes. Students get 40% off coaching services. University and corporate teams get custom pricing — contact us for details.
